5 Ways to Meditate Outside

1. Sit in the sun and focus on the way it feels on your skin


2. Get your hands dirty- do some weeding, raking, or pruning


3. Sit with your eyes closed and listen


4. Go for a walk and focus on your senses (if you can do so safely)


5. Lie directly on the ground to feel the support
