Flintridge “Serene”

With Cherry Canyon Park as the backdrop and stunning views of Angeles National Forest, this project was about fine-tuning and amplifying the beauty already present on site. We made small and deliberate moves to create a garden that felt intentional while looking like it always belonged.

This garden design includes a mid-century-inspired entry garden, a hillside garden with edible plants, a planted stone wall, and an outdoor lounge and fire pit. This site has a unique natural spring, which allowed us to plant some water-loving species, like Dogwood trees and native ferns. The white flowers complement the stone wall and give the whole site an East Coast country garden feel right in Los Angeles.
